I’m not sure when I bought this book–maybe 4 months ago–and I’ve read through it completely twice. When I finished the second reading I turned back to page 1 and started reading it again. I like to read it right before I go to bed, because it’s so positive.
Jeff Kober is a meditation teacher, writer, photographer and actor. He has a podcast which I’ve never listened to and a daily email, which I read every day. The book and the emails are set up similarly. First there’s a quote, usually from a yoga philosopher and then he explains how he thinks of the concept and applies it to his own life. He’s honest about places in life where he’s made mistakes, including a tragic accident he was responsible for when he was a teenager. All of his content is uplifting.
