Travel, exercise and nutrition

I decided a few days ago to travel out of state in a few weeks. I’ve been working hard on cultivating good eating and exercise habits over the last 6 months or so. I was doing well before and had a good base. Some blood work came back that I didn’t like so I got a more intense about it. It’s going to be a good trip with a chance to see my children and some old friends. My daughter found a rental on the beach we can stay at. I love the ocean and am looking forward to that part.

What I’m bringing

Bathingsuit (Never ever go anywhere without a bathingsuit.)

Jump rope

Resistance bands

Practical shoes

Vitamins

What I’m leaving behind
