The problem with staying still

I’m a little under the weather today and I’ve been staying still. The problems with staying still physically seem obvious. You stop moving, you lose functionality. You deteriorate. You lose your health. Even for just this limited time, moving from one reclined position to another, I feel myself getting stiff and lethargic.

There are problems too with staying still mentally. When you don’t try new things and you stay in the same situation, you stop growing.

Just throwing this in because I think it’s funny:

Is cussing in alphabetical order effective against frustration? I heard this suggested as a strategy recently. Let me know what happens when you get to E.
