I haven’t been working on my forearm balance except to do this one thing I’ve been able to do for years, which is to start from a headstand with my feet on the wall and lift my head up. What I mean by splat would be a step up is that if I were trying it and failing, I would be doing more than I’m doing right now.
Generally, it’s been the kind of week-on all kinds of levels-where not going backwards has been a lot of work. Tomorrow will probably be better.
