Just to be clear, because I don’t want to worry any of my family or friends, everything is fine. It seemed like a good day to point out that a little gratitude makes everything better. It’s helpful when things are good and it’s really helpful when they’re not. I’ve found that making a list of things I’m grateful for shifts my perspective when I’m angry, or sad or generally feeling disconnected from others.
