It just depends on what you need. Some days a demanding exercise or yoga routine is exactly what you need. Other days, if you think that’s what you’re in for, you’re never going to get off the couch. On those days, consider doing less rather than doing nothing. Don’t lift as heavy. Work out for 30 minutes instead of an hour. Walk instead of run. Doing something is better than doing nothing.
