Busy Day 9 minute workout

It has been one busy day. After working my regular job and teaching a yoga class, I finished work on a contract job around 8:30 and realized that I hadn’t really exercised yet. (By the way, I realize on a 1-10 scale of hardship this gets like a 0.25. None of it was digging ditches.) So I went to the 9 minute Mark Lauren workouts I wrote about back in the summer. (Link to post below; it’s a good book if you’re interested.) The truth was, I didn’t really even feel like doing that. But I certainly didn’t expect how much better I felt after just 9 minutes of moving. It’s very unusual to regret exercising.
