Like everybody else on the planet, I have a lot going on right now. I don’t see things getting less busy for another 3 weeks. A lot of it is fun and it’s been challenging to get workouts in. Tonight I opted for a jump rope workout, alternating between 1/2-lb. and 1 lb. ropes. I felt like I got quality exercise for the moderate amount of time I put in. I need more jump roping in my life.
