The Washington Post has an awesome article in the digital paper today with a link to a speedy workout. It has video demonstrations of how to do the exercises and it can be done in 10-20 minutes. If you look at the first set of videos and think that they’re too jumpy for you, scroll down. There are low impact versions at the bottom of the article. The workout doesn’t require equipment and can be done anywhere. I’ve put the link below but just in case it doesn’t work, the title of the article is The Speedy Scientific Workout You Can Do Almost Anywhere.

I’m excited about trying this today and have entered it into the workout app on my phone. Being in a busy stage–2 more weeks!–I feel I can’t have too many quick workouts in my toolkit.
