I did a pretty good imitation of a slug today, moving slowly from bed to couch and back to bed. I’m really not myself and I’m resting.
Anyway, while I’m sick and don’t have to put my money my mouth is, I’ll just tell you my plan for improving my squats. Since the beginning of the pandemic I’ve been working out at home. We don’t have a squat setup so I’ve been limited to dumbbells and kettlebells. I don’t know why I didn’t think about this before–hex bar squats. It’s not dangerous, you don’t need a spotter and it can be loaded with significantly more weight than I’m doing with goblet and dumbbell front squats.
