I heard Deepak Chopra say on a webinar that he doesn’t get stressed out because it’s a waste of energy. I would really like to know how to avoid it. And I suspect a good start is to remember the things that are going well and that I should be grateful for. I tried it this afternoon and it was helpful. Among the things I’m grateful for is a visit from my daughter and her partner this week.
