Over the last 2 weeks or so, I’ve been dabbling in face yoga, both through my yoga streaming service and a book of exercises. I don’t know how much it’s doing for wrinkles, but it is effective for releasing tension in my face, head and neck. The exercises aren’t hard to do, don’t take long and I feel better afterward.
The book I’m using is The Ultimate Guide to the Face Yoga Method by Fumiko Takatsu. She has dozens of exercises for the different areas of the face and says you don’t need to spend more than 5 minutes a day to get results. The photographs and directions are easy to follow. Making faces is fun!
