Over the last 6 months, I’ve posted almost daily and have said all that I have to say. Exercise is good. Trying new things is good. Eating and sleeping well is good. Learning about fitness is good. Thank you to everyone who read any of my posts. Writing the blog every day was an interesting experience for me. And many thanks to my daughter for her support and encouragement. Onward!
