Stalling on first extended post COVID workout

Yesterday afternoon a friend showed me an exercise. When I tried it, it was clear to me that for the last two weeks I haven’t exercised the way I had been before I got sick. When I wrote the heading for this post, I initially wrote first real workout. Then I realized that was wrong. Dog walking and brief bodyweight workouts were real workouts for me at that time. I’m feeling better now. I’m going to do an upper body weightlifting session with lighter weights than I had been doing and I’m going to jump rope. I’m stalling because I know it’s not going to be pretty. It will probably feel good.
